Sheffield Solicitors - Lewis Francis Blackburn Bray office buildingIn February 2010, two of Sheffield’s most respected law firms, Lewis Francis Blackburn (formerly Davidson Stone & Lewis and Blackburn & Co.) and Bray & Co. combined to form Lewis Francis Blackburn Bray. Our goal is to ensure that you receive exceptional service
We pride ourselves on our friendliness and the quality of the service we provide. We are acutely aware that we would not have a business without clients and we could not serve them without the total commitment of our people. We aim to always exceed your expectations. It is the way we work that sets us apart. We take time to get to know our clients and look forward to working with you in partnership.

Lewis Francis Blackburn Bray secures Law Society’s new quality mark
We are members of the Law Society’s Conveyancing Quality Scheme (CQS).

We had to be rigorously assessed by the Law Society in order to secure CQS status, which marks the firm as meeting high standards in the residential conveyancing process.

Kevin Exell, Partner and Head of Conveyancing is delighted that the firm is one of the first in the Sheffield area to have secured CQS status.

“It is recognition of the high standards we provide to our clients. The quality mark is a signal to future home buyers of the excellent, reliable, and personal service we provide at what is often a stressful time”.

The scheme requires firms to not only undergo strict assessment, but also compulsory training, random audits and annual reviews in order to maintain their status. The scheme has the support of the Council of Mortgage Lenders, the Buildings Societies Association and the Association of British Insurers.
